What problem does the AI Review Management solve?

Monitoring new Google Maps reviews consistently was a manual chore. Negative feedback was not identified quickly enough. Drafting professional responses at scale was not feasible by hand. There was no centralised review database.

How does the AI Review Management work?

Apify's Google Maps Reviews scraper retrieves reviewer name, rating, text, URL, publication date, and reviewer ID. Google Sheets acts as a lightweight datastore of processed review IDs; only new entries continue. Each new review is sent to an LLM via OpenRouter, which returns a management-friendly summary and a personalised response draft. Custom JavaScript merges the original review, the summary, and the draft into a structured record. Everything is stored centrally in Google Sheets. Reviews are routed by rating: under 4 stars to customer support, 4 stars and above to the wins channel.
