What problem does the YouTube Publishing solve?

Creators and agencies spend hours manually publishing videos to YouTube. Every upload means writing titles, descriptions, hashtags, and tags by hand. Publishing status tracking and team notification were manual too. SEO optimisation was inconsistent from video to video.

How does the YouTube Publishing work?

The Google Sheets trigger reads pending video records. Google Drive returns the video file from the specified path. OpenAI generates an SEO title, an engaging description with keywords and CTAs, 5–10 hashtags, and discovery tags. The YouTube API uploads the video with the generated metadata. The sheet is updated with video ID, status, published URL, and timestamp. Gmail sends a confirmation email with the published video URL.
